1. Insert the Windows XP bootable disk in CD/DVD drive.
2. Open the Command Prompt window, type d:\i386\winnt32.exe with any appropriate switches, and
press ENTER. (switches can be seen in the earlier post)

3. On Welcome to Windows page, in the Installation Type drop-down list, select
Upgrade, and then click Next.

4. Press F8 to Accept the license Agreement, then click Next.
5. Enter the 25-character product key.
6. On Windows XP NTFS File System page, click Yes, then Upgrade My Drive, and then click Next.
7. Setup copies installation files, the computer restarts and the upgrade finishes without further user

8. Now Desktop can be manage or organized according to the user.
