IMPORTANT KEYBOARD SHORT CUT KEYS:

Ctrl + A : to select all the contents in an open window.
Ctrl + B              : to add or remove formatting in Bold for the selected sentences or letters.
Ctrl + I : to add or remove formatting in Italic for the selected sentences or letters.
Ctrl + U : to add or remove formatting in Underline for the selected sentences or letters.
Ctrl + C : to copy the selected icons, letters, sentences etc.
Ctrl + X : to cut the slected documents or folders.
Ctrl + V : to paste the copied items/progams.
Ctrl + Y : to redo the last command.
Ctrl + Z : to undo the last command.
Ctrl + S               : to save a document
Ctrl + Shift + Z   : to remove formatting of the selected documents.
