LSASS.EXE Application Error in Windows and Solution.

Causes: This problem occurs when the Ipsec module (IPSecsvc.dll) generates an error
            when the Everyone group and the Authenticated Users group do not have the
            Read permission and Apply Policy permission to access any GPO.

            These might be cause by virus called SASSER. which cause the system registry  
            and exploit the Windows LSASS Vulnerability which allow remote code execution
            and make the lssas.exe to crash and lead/force windows to restart.

Sol : 1) This steps of prevention is to be taken care :

a)      Disconnect internet

b)      Stop shutdown cycle

c)      Mitigate the vulnerability

d)      Improve system performance

e)      Enable a firewall

f)       Reconnect to the Internet

g)      Install the required OS update

h)      Check for and remove Sasser

Soln:  2) This steps is commonly used:

a)      Restart the PC and enter in command prompt.

b)      in the prompt window type sfc /scannow and press enter.

( this command is use to fix most of the windows serious problem)

c)      Restart the PC

Soln : 3) This is also commonly use:
                        a) Restart the computer

                        b) Enter in safe mode by pressing F8

                        c) In safemode  you can use sysinternals and disable all non Microsoft

                            services

                        d) If you have antivirus installed, update it with latest definition as this
                             may be cause by virus called sasser, scan your PC and remove all the
                             viruses. if you don’t have antivirus installed in your PC you can
                             download in this link http://www.symantec.com/downloads/index.jsp
                             and installed it, after that scan the pc and delete all the virus.

                        d) Restart the computer

If all this doen’t work for your PC then you can go for Re-installing Windows.
