HOW TO CLEAN?REMOVE VIRUSES:


The best way to clean/remove viruses from the computer is to always used the latest antivirus and that the antivirus is updated with the latest definitions or the antivirus setting should be kept in auto updates options so that the antivirus updates with the latest definition as soon as the computer is connected to Internet.

There is no such recommended antivirus, users can used as desired but the most important things to remember is to always updates the antivirus with the latest definitions.

HOW TO REMOVE MANUALLY:

1. Download and extract Autorun program by Sysinternals to C:\Autoruns
   It can be download from this LINK/WEBSITE.
2. Restart the computer in Safe Mode so that malware does not start when doing.
3. Navigate the C:\Autoruns folder and double-click on autoruns.exe.
4. When the program starts, click on the Options menu and enable the following by clicking on them.
   a) Include empty locations
   b) Verify Code Signatures
   c) Hide Signed Microsoft Entries
5. Press F5 key on the keyboard to refresh the startups list using these new settings.
6. The program shows information about your startup entries in 8 different tabs.
   a) the file will be found under the Logon or the Services tabs.
   b) but all the other tabs should also be check to make sure they are not loading
   elsewhere as well.
   c) the filename will also be found under the Image Path column.
   d) find the file with more than one entry associated with the same file as malware
   can create multiple startup entries.
7. Right click the entry and delete. (Note that this startup entry will now be removed from
   the Registry).
8. The file using My Computer or Windows Explorer should be deleted so that it will not start on boot up.
9. When all the related files are deleted from the registry reboot the computer into normal mode and will be clean now from infections.

How to protect the computer in the future
In order to prevent/protect the computer from happening again it is important that take proper care and precautions when using computer.
a) Make sure the computer is using updated antivirus and spyware removal software
b) Operating system use the latest updates.

d) To open attachments or click on pop-ups that are safe only.
e) End user can use any antivirus software but have to be updated always with the latest
