a) Restart your computer, Remove or reconfigure the newly installed hard drive controller or Start up with the Last Known Good Configuration or Use System
Restore to undo recent changes.
b) Verify the Hardwares are properly installed.
c) Verify that the Hard drives are properly configured with BIOS.
d) Scan the computer for viruses and delete them as certain viruses infect the MBR
(Master Boot Record) or Boot Sector of the Hard Drive.
e) Update the drivers for the hard drive controller if the hard drive controller is outdated
version.
f) Change SATA mode to IDE mode in BIOS or in compatibility mode or ACHI mode.
